Dr Birgit Muskat, Australian National University.

Dr Muskat is the Deputy Director, Research School of Management, Higher Degree Research at the College of Business and Economics at ANU. Her research interests include experience management, business intelligence, entrepreneurship and innovation. Dr Muskat’s research is informed by previous consulting and strategy work in the private service sector. Her work has been published research high-quality scholarly A* and A-ranked journals. Dr Muskat is a previous recipient of a Vice Chancellor’s Award for Teaching and Dean’s Award for Research Impact.
